Micro Crochet Teddy Bear in Pajamas Free Crochet Pattern

This is a teddy bear in pajamas I made. I used one strand of embroidery floss and a size 12 crochet hook.
This is the pattern I used, but I didn't like the way the muzzle fit on the head, do I made a pattern for a head with the muzzle crocheted with the head.

6 - 4 sc, (1 sc, Inc)*4, 4 sc - 20 st
7 - (4 sc, Inc)*4 - 24 st
8 - (5 sc, Inc)*4 - 28 st
9- 13 - 1 sc in each st around
14 - (5 sc, Dec)*4 - 24 st
15 - (4 sc, Dec)*4 - 20 st
16 - (3 sc, Dec)*4 - 16 st
17 - (2 sc, Dec)*4 - 12 St
18 - (sc, Dec)*4 - 8 st

Use the end of the thread to sew the head on the body.
