Teacup or Coffee Cup Coaster Crochet Pattern

This is the back of the coaster
I made some coasters using Repeat After Me's pattern. The original coaster turned out very well, but I needed it a bit larger.
I enlarged the pattern and added the instructions below.

Original pattern
Base: 1.25"
Middle width: 2.25"
Height: 2.25"

Larger pattern (below)
Base: 2"
Middle width: 3"
Height: 3"

I made the pattern larger by 3 stitches. Here are the instructions for the larger coaster.

Start with ch 10
Add 3 SC to the middle of each row.
Add 3 rows in the 8-12 row instructions
Add 3 ch + 3 hdc to handle.
I finished off before making the handle and just started with a sl st a few rows down.

Block after finishing. (I got mine soaking wet, shaped it, laid it on a washcloth, then folded the cloth over it. Then I placed a heavy weight on it until it was dry.)

3-6 Months Cowboy Booties Crochet Pattern

This is a pair of cowboy booties I made. The pattern based off of  Charmed by Ewe's cowboy booties. (Charmed by Ewe's booties turned out well, but I wanted a bootie with a bit more of a pointed toe, instead of a rainboot look.)

*I updated my pattern - Here is the new pattern.*

3-6 month size:
Sole: 3.5" long, 1.75" at the widest part of the toe

Whole boot: 3" tall without the point

This is the pattern for the 6-9 month booties if you need a larger size.

Mouse with a Dress

I made this mouse using the patterns below. I put a pipe cleaner and stuffing in the arms, legs, and tail so it would be more bendable.

Mouse pattern
Dress pattern - I made a variation on this dress. I added sleeves and made the dress longer. It has buttons, so it can be removed easily.
I just found a simple flower pattern for her flower.

Tiny Peony Flower Barrette

This is a flower barrette I made using 3 peony flowers crocheted from this pattern.
I used the larger flower pattern and used 1 strand of embroidery thread. They ended up being about 1/4 of an inch wide.
After I made all three, I sewed them onto the barrette.

Kitten Bookmark

This is a kitten bookmark I made from this pattern.
I ended up making my kitten head bigger because it wasn't large enough for a bookmark, then I finished it by following the instructions below.
Making sure it is centered between the ears,
Row 1: sc 10, ch 1, turn.
Row 2: dc 10, ch 2, turn.
Repeat row 2 until desired length.
Finish off, weave in ends, and embroider face.

Monkey Bookmark

This is a monkey bookmark I made. I based mine off this pattern, but didn't want to have to sew the ears on separately, so revised it.
In white:
Make a magic circle.
round 1: ch 2, 13 dc into magic circle, join with slip st
round 2: ch 2, 2 dc into each dc around join with slip st
round 3: ch 1, skip 1, 7 dc into next st, skip 1, slip st in next st, sc into next dc, skip 1 dc, 7 dc into next st, skip 1, slip st in next 2 sts; 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 2 trc in same st, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 2 trc in same st; 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, slip into beginning stitch
round 4: 1 sc, 7 hdc, 1 sc, slip st, 1 sc, 7 hdc, 1 sc, slip st, 1 sc, 2 hdc, 2 hdc into next st, 8 hdc, 2 hdc into next st, 2 hdc, 1 sc, slip st to beg.
Finish off and change to brown.
In brown:
Start where you left off with the white and
round 4: Sc 7, hdc, dc, hdc, sc 7. In row below (you will be going past the row you should be working and crocheting in the previous row so the eyes stand out better) hdc, dc, hdc. In the correct row sc 3, 2 sc in the same stitch , sc 8, 2 sc in same, sc 4. In row below hdc,dc,hdc. In correct row, sl st.

round 5: Ch 2, Dc , 2 dc in same st, dc 7, 2 Dc in same st. Dc 10, 2 Dc in same st, dc 10, 2 Dc in same st, dc 7, sl st.

Round 6: 2 sc in next 4 st, SC 5, 2 sc in next 4 st, SC 3, (hdc, dc, 2 TRC, dc, hdc) SC, sl st, ch 1, turn, SC 7, sl st, turn, ch 1, sc 7,sl st, SC 2, 2 SC in next 4, SC 7, 2 SC in next 4, SC 3, sl st.
Finish off and weave in tail.
For the bookmark part, I counted from ear to ear to make sure I had it evenly spaced - mine ended up being positioned with 8 stitches between the bookmark part and the bottom of the ear.
Row 1: Sl st 10, ch 1, turn.
Row 2: dc 10 across, ch 1, turn.
Repeat row 2 until desired length.
Finish off and weave in ends.
Embroider face.
